Matt is-a high school teacher who would like to upgrade-his skills…despite the fact that he has-a baccalaureate in computer sciences in English.. He lacks the proper training to integrate technologies-in his pedagogical activities. He took to summer additional qualifications-about the impact-of information and communication technologies-in the classroom… but most-of the knowledge he acquired during that course was short-lived. He learned-about software that could be used to learn how to speak English.. as-a second language and he created-a website with some activities-and links to videos. However, Matt noticed that the software had some flaws-and students didn’t really learn how to speak English when interacting with the computer… They learned to memorize-into pronounce words that they never got to apply in context with native speakers. The website was-unfortunately short-lived.
